Working with Sudutloka is simple and transparent. Here's what the process looks like,from your first message to your final delivery.


Step 2 — Quotation
We'll review your request and get back to you with a detailed quote, processing time, and estimated shipping costs. We'll also answer any questions you may have before proceeding.
Step 3 — Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once you're happy with the quote, we confirm your order and begin the production process. A deposit is required to get started,the details will be outlined clearly in your quotation.

Step 4 — Production & Quality Control
We work closely with our artisan partners to produce your order. Every item goes through a thorough quality inspection before packing,we can share photos or a QC report upon request.
Step 5 — Final Payment & Shipping
Once QC is approved, we arrange final payment and proceed with shipping. Your order ships with complete export documentation ,invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
